I am married with children. My husband and I are doing our best to raise open minded, caring, happy kids. But we are realistic, so we are keeping records of our shortcomings for the therapists they'll surely need in the future.
I must've had a rough day yesterday . . . I asked my 5 year old to pour drinks for us for dinner . . . my 8 year old said "Would you like milk or a Bloody Mary?"
I loved that. It was right after Susan was trying to convince Gabi what a great Mom she was too.
Very cute.

If only you could capture the inflection--it was pretty hysterical. And perhaps the offer should have been of fruit . . .

It all goes down hill when you find yourself asking your daughter to refill your wine glass. "Bring mama some more wine honey"
