She is Nine and it was her Desire to go to the pool on March 9th. No it's not heated. Yes it was freezing. But the kids swam anyway. I sat in a chair in the shade and played with my iPhone.My Desire?

ReplyDeleteIt was my son's bday today and his desire was NOT to go swimming--he skipped swim team for an afternoon showing of Watchmen.

My 16yo is just like that - LOVES the water and doesn't really care if it is cold. So today he interviewed to become a lifeguard (he's already taken the course and the tests).

ReplyDeleteThat last picture could be on a postcard! And I love that she wanted to go to the pool, no matter the temperature. A kiddo after my own heart. I once went swimming in the ocean in January- only to have to drive an hour for dry clothes. :)
